What Services do you provide?
We provide single/multi-camera video recording and streaming services, Tech Consulting, Commercial Photography Services, Contracted P.E.G channel services and small PA services just to name a few.
What types of events do you stream and record?
We stream and record Events, Sports, Press Releases, PSA, Corporate meetings, School Board Meetings, Graduations, Worship Services, Wedding Ceremony, and Funerals just to name a few.
Can you produce an ad for my social media page/website for me?
Yes
Will you stream wedding receptions?
We do not stream wedding receptions. We will stream the ceremony.
Do you stream to Facebook or YouTube?
We do not normally stream to either one of those platforms due to the unpredictability of the site.
How do I find an event your streaming?
You will be given a link that will take you directly to the live event or you can check the website directly.
What does the “plb” in MediaStreamplb mean?
“plb” is short for Professional Livestream Broadcasting.
Can you livestream anywhere?
If we have internet we can most likely stream from the venue. A hard wired internet connection is best. We do have a bonded cell encoder that we can utilize as well if needed. A site visit is required prior to any live stream broadcast.
Can you guarantee that your stream will not cut out?
Not at all. There are many components that go into a live stream broadcast, once the signal leaves our location it travels through the internet, through remote servers and then finally delivered to devices such as desktops, phones and mobile devices. The stream is also recorded for redundancy and can be uploaded in the event there is a livestream glitch. Think of it like a boomerang, Once it leaves the venue it may or may not return. Although we have several redundancy factors in place and this rarely happens, sometimes its just out of our control
How long will my event remain online?
All events are online for a minimum of 30 days and can remain up to 1 year.
Can my event be password protected so only people i want to have the link have access?
Yes! In this case the live stream page will be password protected and only the people you give the password will have access. This is both for the live stream and the Video on Demand after the event.
I recently observed you stream an event and noticed you were texting on your cell phone during church-Isn’t this disrespectful?
We are conversing with an off-site remote Stream Tech that is watching the final live stream on monitors/televisions for any problems such as video, audio. exposure issues.
Why is there is two hour minimum charge-my event is only 30 minutes long?
Unfortunately there is the same amount of setup and strike for an event no matter how long the actual event is.
How much does it cost to stream an event?
In most cases its less than the cost of an airplane ticket.

Why do you wear headphones?
We wear noise cancelling headphones so we can detect any issues with audio that is being recorded or streamed. Sometime folks will talk with us while we have our noise cancelling headphones on-we are not ignoring you, we simply cant hear you.
Do you have hearing aids? What are those things inside your ears?
What you are seeing are called IEM’s, or “In Ear Monitors” They are just like the headphones we wear, but a smaller profile. Please keep in mind that they are noise canceling and we are not able to hear you if you are talking to us.
