What is a “Digital Download” and how does it work?

A Digital download is the file that would normally be on a DVD, except it is delivered to you via email link. Once you receive your link you will be allowed 1 download of the file. It is your responsibility to safeguard this file. One the file is downloaded-the link expires.

What is the difference between “Hi Res” and “Low Res” file? Which one do I want?

Both Files are exactly the same, the “lo res” is optimized to play on mobile devices such as phones, iPad, etc. If you are ordering the Hi Res file make sure you have a good internet connection as it will take some time to download. Hi Res file does not play well on Mobile Devices, so it is not recommended to try the high res version on phone.

Why are there “LIMITED QTY” of DVD’s?

The demand for DVD’s are dwindling as people transition over to digital downloads and thumb drives. This increases the cost of DVD Production. When our current inventory of DVD’s are gone, they are gone. We even tossed the idea around of not offering DVD’s this year-based on the number of DVD’s we sell. This year will determine if we continue to offer the DVD in the future.

Do you take Credit Cards?

We sure do! You will receive an invoice from MediaStream with a secure link to pay for your order. Once your payment is received the order is processed. It is VERY IMPORTANT to print your email address legibly so quickbooks can send you the payment link.

How will my Digital Download link be delivered?

You will receive an email from a file share service named HIGHTAIL. please make sure your email client allows this through to your email or it could get hung up in the SPAM folder

How will I get my thumb drive or DVD?

All tangible orders will be delivered to Mrs Sporakowski approximately 3 weeks after the order deadline of MARCH 27, 2023
